A large percentage of Dr. Dawn's clients are horses. This day the good doctor was to perform a gelding procedure on a young stallion. This picture was taken just after he was starting to feel sedated.
Often the owners are involved with this surgery. A strong man was helpful in keeping the left rear leg up while the owner held the anesthesia. Dr. Dawn did the rest.
