Kitty Kare has outdoor facilities that house cats for adoption. This allows more room for cats to be rescued- especially during the spring when it is kitten season.
Kitty Kare is especially geared for low-income families who may want to add to their family with a rescue kitty. Because the program is privately funded, more cats are finding good home to loving families.
