Prairie Prince, aka Geronimo, came into our family in the 70's. He had a great 4H career and even made it to the Illinois State Fair as well as The Pinto International. He is now retired and being well cared for by Dr. Dawn on the MRAC grounds.
Just to mess with the neighbors, we leased Prairie out to younger 4Hers and brought Duchess home. The spots had them going for a while... She is also happily retired in Florida.

Nasa and Wes had a fabulous time with Dr. Dawn's goats- Ritzy and Zeus. They seemed to enjoy the attention.
Myakka River Animal Clinic is a unique facility. The small animal practice not only includes care for dogs and cats, but also includes a clientele of goats and pot-bellied pigs. The clinic also houses the Kitty Kare Adoption Program.
Llamas are becoming quite a popular pet down in Florida. As a Field Vet, Dr. Dawn provides care for them and also her main large client-Horses.
Wes was only 7 months old on his first trip to Florida. He had a good time pointing at the goats.
