Friends of Silo Molly --

An update.  On Thursday, Molly moved back to Indiana and a great new foster family: Kristine, Jonah, and their guys Lucky and Bailey, and a huge fenced yard.

It's been only two months since Molly was saved from her isolation and years of forced breeding -- and from a bullet meant for her.  She hadn't a dog friend in the world and didn't even know how to work stairs.  But as you know, she has a lotta heart.  Today she likes playing chase at the dog park, she wags her tail at supper time and sighs when you rub her ear.  She can be stubborn -- which is probably what led her to say no to all those males -- but she is a great kid.  I talked with Kristine yesterday, who said she's fitting in really well. To be able to live so happily with other dogs is a huge step for Molly.

I know she's brought me a lot of happiness. I miss the loopy goof, of course, but she really is in a better place.  So from me and on Silo's behalf: Thanks, friends, for helping out.
